Shipping & Delivery

1. What are your delivery times?
Our standard process time is 1-2 working days and your delivery time is 4-8 working days. The total delivery time is 5-10 working days. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

2. How much does shipping cost?
We are happy to offer Free Standard Delivery on all orders within the UK, with no minimum spend required.

3. My order hasn’t arrived yet. What should I do?
Please check your tracking link for the latest updates. If your order hasn't arrived after 10 working days, please contact our support team at support@royalsuiteapparel.com so we can investigate this for you.

Orders & Payments

4. Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Amex), Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

5. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We move fast to get your fashion to you! You can request a change within 30 minutes of ordering. After that, the order is usually processed, and you’ll need to follow our returns procedure once it arrives.

Returns & Refunds

7. What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any unwanted items. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags still attached.

8. Are returns free?
Original shipping is always free – no restocking fees, no surprise charges. Customers are responsible for shipping & customs costs for returns due to change of mind or exchange.

9. How long does a refund take?
Once we receive your return, it takes 5–7 working days to process. The refund will then be credited back to your original payment method within 10 working days.

10. Can I exchange an item for a different size?

Yes! Simply email us at support@royalsuiteapparel.com. If the new size is in stock, we will ship it out to you free of charge as soon as your return is processed.

11. How do I know which size to choose?

If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit, or checking the specific "Model Wears" notes.

12. An item I love is out of stock. Will it be back?

Many of our popular pieces are restocked! Mail us at support@royalsuiteapparel.com, and you'll be the first to know when it's back in stock.

13. How should I wash my items?

To keep your clothes looking new, always follow the instructions on the care label. We recommend a cool wash at 30°C and air drying to protect the fabric and the environment.
